• From where does the leather is sourced? Can you identify source and animal

We strongly believe in local, only use fresh leather from tanneries that have a proven track record for its care of the environment and welfare of the stock animals used for the supply of raw hides. We don’t use leftover, stock or recycled leather, as the source of animal is not specified in these cheaper material options.

• Can i exchange the product, in case if the product doesn’t get replaced will i get the refund?

In case, you may wish to return a product to us, due to a dislike, color change, a different size, or it could simply be an unwanted gift. Pls note we have a standard 30 day returns policy in place. We treat each return with individual attention.

• Is there any recommended method of leather care for keeping leather products usable for many seasons?

Our Leather is durable. Still, conditioning with a conditioner or cream helps maintain moisture and prevents cracking. Never store your leather product in a damp place. Store it in a dry place that is not too warm nor cold to keep it safe!

• Can i check the order before paying for COD orders?

Due to many reasons, this facility is not provided. Impulsive buying/change of mind and many other factors involved in orders received from digital market, makes it difficult to offer checking parcels before COD payment. Yet, we entertain strict no questions asked return policy for 30 days, in which if anything gets overlooked by our team causing discomfort at your end, priority return will be processed w/o charging for courier from both ends. tKs
