RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN
To process a return, please contact at +923322357330 and include your full name, order number, shipping address and phone.
If your item not quite what you were looking for? We’re here to help to keep your satisfaction intact. Returns are accepted till 30 days after receipt of package. Pls follow below steps to qualify for return
1. Verify that your item is in the same condition as it was received
2. Share your order number and same email address you ordered with. If you did not receive an order notification, you may have misspelled your email so it never arrived, or it may have gone to spam. We’ll do best to find your order in our system.
3. After your return request is verified by our team, package and ship the item to us. Include your order number. We cannot be held liable for damaged or lost parcels. Ship the package to our headoffice:

4. After our team review the returned item is in good condition, we will issue a refund with whichever method was used (minus the cost of shipping).
EXCHANGE
In case our team accidentally ships you a wrong package, or even the wrong color/size etc. After all, we’re all humans, mistakes can happen. We will be eager to rectify the mistake. Contact us with the details and we’ll get you squared away.
In case of change of mind/anything you want to get exchanged for any other reason, pls note we accept exchanges for unused items within 30 days of purchase, here you are responsible for shipping costs to and from. Contact us with the details of the exchange and we’ll help you out.
CANCELLATION
In case of order cancellation, you need to contact us immediately.
Among many reasons of orders getting cancelled, few are mentioned below
1- Previous record of not receiving online orders; pls only buy if you are sure to get it received. Defaulters orders might get cancelled by system based on previous data
2- extended delivery dates; if due to some reason the order doesn’t get delivered within timeline. Order will be considered cancel and amount will be refunded to customer after studying the causes.
3- In case customer is demanding cancellation of orders that are in transit, pls contact us directly, we will manage however possible. As not receiving orders is not ethical way of cancellation
